Finally brought up the courage to weigh myself.
Haven’t put any weight on.. which is good :)
but by christmas I want to be 9 and a half stone AT LEAST..
but hopefully 9 stone or less ;)
Im off for my jog now.
Had a nice healthy lunch of tuna with watercress, lettuce, half a red pepper and 2 crackers. around 300 calories. Protien, carbs and lots of good vitamins all in one meal.
Only drinking water during the day. Green tea before din dins.
No chocolate/crisps/coke D’:
